1. To contribute to the success of Imperial Palace Cebu by
a. Strengthening the Events Department by:
i. Integrating the Sales and Catering Program of Opera to the daily operations of Events Sale to properly manage all Events activity
ii. Create an Events campaign dubbed MOMENTS to create better awareness for IP’s capabilities in holding large scale events and intimate social gathering
iii. Streamlining events packages by offering tier rates to accommodate specific guest’s events requirement
iv. Working hand-in-hand with Corporate Accounts for MICE requirements
v. Initiating worthwhile Events to help generate revenue and awareness of the property
2. To create better network of clients, suppliers and industry partners to expand network base for possible event leads, etc.
3. To thoroughly learn the hotel business by immersing to learn other departments specialized task i.e. reservations, check-in and out, make-up rooms, etc.

Personal
1. To balance my work and social life by:
a. Setting up a quite time for reflection everyday
b. Having a cardio-activity thrice a week
c. A simple 15 minute work-out everyday
2. To set aside a time to pursue travel at least twice this year
3. To set up a savings account
