Day 3 for Sales and Marketing activity filled week was our very own Team building and planning.
It was a sudden activity. Our GM wants to
spend time with the department to further enhance the groups direction towards the goal.
Good thing Jotjot was able to recommend a resort in Malapascua Island as an alternative to the originally planned Bohol trip. As usuall half of the expense was bartered.
My last trip to that island was 2005 so it was a welcome distraction though I am not a fan of long distance land travel.

It took us around 4 hours to reach the port going to the island. From there it was another 20 minutes by boat.
The island did not dissapoint. From my previous visit at least there are now some resorts that have at least 3 star ammenities.

We arrived at the island just in time for lunch. As always I was first in line, just to break the ice besided I was famished.

We were suppose to have Erwin facilitate our teambuilding but has to beg off because his baby was sick. So it was an impromptu organization for me. Good thing Janice was around to lend her help.

The activities went well, the planning was short but sweet. The teambuilding was targeted to showcase communication, teamwork and creativity.
All in all I would say that this activity was a perfect way to cap off the week that was. We were able to savor the fruits of our hard work alongside the team that had made it all worth while.

Here's hoping that we hit that target. Happy Selling Everyone.
